Metatron Concepts LLC operates this website at dmp.metatronconcepts.com to introduce rheumatology practices to the Metatron Diagnostic Management Platform (DMP). This privacy policy explains what information we collect from visitors and how we use it.

We collect information you voluntarily submit through two forms on this site: (1) the Free Practice Audit form, and (2) the Platform Overview booking page. Information collected includes practice name, contact name, email address, optional phone number, approximate patient volume on urate-lowering therapy, and EMR system in use. We do not collect, store, or transmit any patient health information through this website. The forms are intended for practice administrators and physicians, not patients.

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your audit request or booking, to prepare a customized revenue model for your practice, and to follow up regarding the DMP platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose without your prior consent. Your data is stored in Zoho CRM, hosted in US data centers.

This website uses only the analytics built into our hosting platform (Zoho Sites) to track aggregate page views and visitor sources. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any third-party advertising or tracking technology. We do not run paid advertising and do not engage in retargeting.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted to us at any time by emailing outreach@mail.metatronconcepts.com. We will respond to verified requests within fifteen business days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information already submitted to us.
